How can I ensure that I get my SMARTBOX delivered on the date I need?

SMARTBOX offers affordable solutions for moving and storage. Our customer service consultants will work with you to satisfy your request. Please place your order as soon as possible in order to secure your desired date.

Will I have access to my SMARTBOX mobile storage containers while they are being stored?

Yes! You can call us during business hours or visit My Account on our website. We will have your SMARTBOX portable storage container ready and waiting for you. Some locations require advanced notice.

SMARTBOX offers climate controlled storage. What does that really mean?

Some portable storage container companies keep their boxes outside in a locked yard, which leaves your belongings subject to varying temperatures and humidity levels. In some cases, their containers are made of metal which subjects your items to fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Condensation and moisture can become trapped in the box which could lead to mold or mildew. SMARTBOX has chosen to use wood with a weather proof vinyl cover. Wood is a natural material that allows a Smartbox to “breath”, which prevents condensation from building up inside.

At SMARTBOX, we take it one step further to protecting your items. We will pick up your SMARTBOX containers and then we store your belongings inside. Your items will be safe in our temperature-controlled storage center, complete with state-of-the-art security and sprinkler systems. Since you hold the only key, you can get into your storage rental container any time you choose.

In my marketing activities to get the word out about SMARTBOX, I am often questioned about the various uses of a SmartBox.  Sometimes people inquire about the more direct uses, such as storage of excess home items or simply moving from point “A” to point “B” – both locally and long distance (via SMARTCARE). 

But there are a myriad of uses that you may not think of, but ultimately is a great use of a SmartBox.  So here are some other things that you may not have thought of:
